1. 14 day reflection period

The 14 day reflection period allows you to send a product back if it does not meet your expectations.

On all return shipments the General Terms of Spytron are applicable.

If you have any doubts about the correct use of a product, do not hesitate to contact us. Please send an email at info@spytron.eu

We kindly request to respect the following procedure:


STEP 1 – Send us an email

Please send us an email with your request for a RMA-number: rma@spytron.eu

STEP 2 – RMA number

Upon receipt of your RMA request you will receive an email with a RMA-Number that you will have to mention on the outside of your return package. In the same email you will receive further instructions for the shipment of your return package.

STEP 3 – Shipment

Pack the products in such a way that they will be returned in an undamaged state.

Please include a copy of the email you have received and a copy of your invoice and send the package to

Reimbursement

In order to perform the reimbursement, please mention your account number (IBAN number & BIC Code). Upon receipt of your return package we will issue an internal credit note and the amount due will be reimbursed within 30 days.

 

2. Warranty

All products purchased at Intellihome carry a 2-year standard manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise.

All warranties are subject to our General Terms.

Please follow the procedure as outlined hereafter:

3. Repair

If your product is defective and the warranty has expired you can choose for a repair of your product.
